Every staff member we encountered was over the top accommodating and friendly. Pool was really nice though it was quite warm. Unavoidable with this heat haha. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Our view was into the interior in the courtyard so not much to see but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyhow.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Particularly Elijah on reception desk. Very handy to have a bar and restaurant on site which was good. Also Starbucks next door.

Located at downtown Houston. A few restaurants nearby within 10-15 mins walk. Good thing there is starbucks take out at the corner of the building.

It was convenient to the MetroRail, which made it easy to get around. Breakfast was ok- very healthy choices, but limited. Was supposed to be included in the cost of the room, but ended up being charged for it. Valet parking was nice, but felt it should have been cheaper, especially when we didn't even take the car back out until we were leaving.

The breakfast was delicious! Kudos to the chef and the girl working Saturday morning she was awesome! the bed was super comfortable and room size was great but we got lucky and were in a handicap room so they tend to be bigger anyway. The location was awesome so close to where we needed to be. Very clean and so quiet. I am used to hearing all kinds of noise from the hallway or other rooms and I did not hear a peep from anything.

I the gym in the pool i asked for a disabled room but it was big so my mom was able to move around .
